Simon is an editorial, commercial and advertising photographer based in Norwich and London, UK.

Specialising in creating engaging, narrative-lead visual content for brands, publishers and artists Simon has nearly 20 years experience working with clients ranging from SMEs and start-ups to globally recognised brands.

His images have been published in The Independent, The Telegraph, The Observer, The Times, The Sunday Times and The Sunday Express newspapers; Rolling Stone, Huffington Post, Country Life, The Field, Shooting Times, Rangefinder, Q and Classic Rock. He has contributed both pictures and words to many surfing publications including  Surfer's Journal, The Surfer's Path, Wavelength, Carve and Huck and been a featured artist at the London Surf Film Festival. Simon is also a former UK Pet Photographer of the Year (BPPA) and continues to take occasional dog, equine and livestock commissions.

Over 10 months from July 2020 Simon was commissioned by Country Life Magazine to document HM King Charles III drive towards invigorated sustainable farming practices on His Majesty’s Sandringham Estate, Norfolk. This included three exclusive portrait and documentary shoots with the King himself as well as multiple visits to capture the full spectrum of Sandringham’s agricultural processes across the seasons.

Away from photography Simon is a lover of the outdoors and can often be found spending time with his family usually at the beach with the dog in tow. He's also a keen surfer, skier and biker and loves making a racket on the drums.

Mentoring:

Having benefitted from mentoring in his early days in business and being married to a marketing coach Simon knows the value of experienced guidance in a perpetually evolving and competitive industry.
In recent years he has informally mentored new and established photographers who are either starting out in the industry or find themselves at a crossroads in their career.
